About Remnant 363

R363 is a Vision Capturing Group that comes alongside churches/church leadership and encourages them through developing a renewed, purposeful and intentional strategy on future direction in Growing the Body of Christ. We utilize sincere listening with an eager approach to discover what the Lord has in store for them and how to get there.

So too, at the present time there is a remnant chosen by grace.

Romans 11:5

If you’re hearing something from the Lord and not sure what your next steps should be or how to make it happen in your church, reach out to us. That’s what we do.

Approach

Our approach includes the elements of discovery and direction. We invest time in getting to know you through a discovery process and then, together, set Spirit-guided direction to ensure that the whole church body is on the same page.

Our discovery approach addresses (but is not limited to) identifying, recognizing, and addressing topics such as:

• Current ministries – Children, Youth, Adult, Outreach, Worship, etc.
• “Creeper elements” – Pride, selfishness, greed, denial, fear, “distance learning”
• Philosophy
• Church mission
• New wine in old wineskins
• A go priority mentality vs. a come priority mentality

Our time together can take hours, days, or even weeks; in person or virtually. The time is determined completely by you and/or your team.

Direction

Our tools for direction include (yet are not limited to):

    1. Our annual growth purpose/focus template. This approach to ministry development and focus allows for the entire body to grow together and not as separate units. It also provides for intentional planning while allowing for incredible flexibility for all the gifts to be used in a healthy body of believers.
    2. Our website (tc12.org) can be used as a discussion starter to explore a new direction, new ministry ideas, and perhaps even new seeds of future ministry discovery that align with the strengths of your individual church.
    3. We also utilize and offer as examples three cycles for personal/corporate spiritual growth that emphasize personal growth through prayer and discipleship. These 3 cycles include a daily prayer of surrender, a great take on the Lord’s prayer and discipulus (a discipleship program for each person in the church to replace the once popular assimilation/baseball diamond program).
